 Steve has worked in ministry for over 30 years during which he received his Master of Arts in Counseling through Reformed Theological Seminary as well as becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

He has been married for 30 years and has raised three children with his wife, Dawn.
Steve's areas of specialty include marriage reconstruction and healing as well as individual therapy for trauma. Additionally he works closely with both women and men healing from abuse – as well as those dealing with sexual addiction recovery. One of Steve's passions in counseling and coaching is helping those in ministry who find themselves in stuck or hurting places.

Sometimes taking a weekend or other concentrated time to specifically work on our relationship or on a particular area of healing can be a catalyst for more rapid healing. Steve together with his colleague Susan offer intensive workshops to meet that need.

Susan Londres-Larrett has had the privilege of serving in full-time ministry for over 33 years. During that time, she received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. Susan enjoyed being married for 23 years until the untimely death of her husband. She is blessed to be the mother of three wonderful children ages 20 to 28.

Susan has experienced difficulties in her life that help qualify her to work with those who are dealing with grief, loss through suicide, being a single parent, and caring for aging parents.

Susan has experience working with individuals and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction, sexual abuse, co-dependency, communication issues, and marital issues. She also works with those in ministry to overcome specific challenges they face. As part of her counseling and coaching she does crisis intervention, weekend intensives, and specialized groups.

Her heart is to allow the Lord to use her story to give hope to others as they walk difficult journeys toward healing and restoration.
